Since we hire only certified technicians that are familiar with all of the latest changes and updates in the computer industry, we can assure you, you are getting the fastest and most comprehensive service available.

All technicians have access to the latest drivers, tools, and support from all major and minor computer companies. We have the latest software and hardware for: PC and diagnostics, virus detection and removal, hard drive data extraction and backup.

On-site Service
Customer Support Service Contract
This level of support usually covers a year or more of service on specific hardware and software that is listed on the Customer Support Contract.  Payment of an agreed amount is paid in advance and insures that you will get priority response when a problem occurs, and that you will pay nothing for labour or materials over the course of the contract.  For this level of response, the customer is guaranteed that we will respond within at least four hours after a problem is reported.

Support Pack (Block Time)
When you experience technical problems with your computer systems, don't you wish you had someone on your staff that could stop what they were doing and fix it - NOW?  We have a solution that just might work for you.  We call it the Support Pack.  The Support Pack is a prepaid labour agreement.  Here is how it works.  First, we determine together the amount of support you think you will need. You prepay the charges at the time we sign the contract, and in return, you receive a substantial discount on our service rates.  As work is performed, we will apply the discounted rate you have selected against the charges incurred and charge your account for the balance.  

Per Call Basis
For home and businesses where it is not feasible to have yearly support or a block time contract, Audcomp is capable of performing on-site service at an hourly rate.  You will receive the same high level of support that we provide under the maintenance contract, the only difference being that you are billed individually for every service call performed.

Warranty Information
Two Years Parts and Limited Lifetime Labour Warranty
All systems purchased at Audcomp are fully covered for two years.  In addition, when you choose to upgrade your computer, Audcomp will perform all associated labour FREE OF CHARGE if you purchase the components from ACS.
